Enrollment Specialist

Location: Remote within Ohio; Cleveland, OH

Salary: $19.00 per hour

What you will do

• Process life insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
• Review applications for completeness, request missing information, and verify customer data.
• Assess applications against basic underwriting requirements and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Prepare and send insurance notices and policy-related correspondence.
• Issue coverage materials and enter application data into multiple systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to follow enrollment policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Experience with CRM systems and database management.
