Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

hirify.global provides digital banking and lending solutions for banks, credit unions, alternative finance companies, and fintechs in the U.S. and internationally. PrecisionLender is its relationship pricing and profitability platform for commercial banks and financial institutions.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for data platform solutions from ingestion and processing through downstream consumption.
• Lead the migration from ADLS to Snowflake, platform modernization, and technical debt reduction.
• Define data quality and reliability requirements supporting analytics, reporting, and AI capabilities.
• Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and product strategies aligned with customer and business needs.
• Partner with Engineering on scalable, reliable data architecture and collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to customers, executives, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Software product management experience owning strategy and delivery for data, platform, or infrastructure products.
• Experience with data pipelines, ingestion, ETL/transformation, storage, and data quality or governance.
• Experience with platform modernization or cloud data warehouse migrations; Snowflake experience is preferred.
• Technical fluency in data architecture, reliability, and scalability, with strong leadership, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and oral English and authorization to work for any employer in the United States are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, commercial banking, or regulated B2B SaaS.
• Experience with user analytics and AI tools in product workflows.
