Financial Systems Analyst (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Provide functional support for Finance applications and investigate production, billing, accounting, interface, and data issues with IT.
• Perform root-cause analysis, financial reconciliations, data-integrity monitoring, and post-release validation.
• Translate Finance business objectives into business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate workshops, backlog grooming, prioritization, defect triage, and delivery activities with IT, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Develop end-to-end financial test scenarios and support UAT across SAP and integrated billing, analytics, accounting, and reporting systems.
• Support SAP S/4HANA GRC access reviews, governance documentation, change management, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• At least 5 years of experience in operational accounting and as an SAP Finance key user.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, financial systems integration, and cross-functional program delivery.
• Experience with business requirements, functional specifications, test cases, release plans, Agile frameworks, user stories, and backlog management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; preferred experience includes SAP S/4HANA Finance, BRIM, RAR, CABS, or comparable ERP and billing platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analytics, reporting, customer lifecycle processes, and extensive application testing.
• Experience in telecommunications.
