New Verticals, Senior Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site with in-person work required 4–5 days per week

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and launch new product opportunities through feasibility analyses, market research, and competitive assessments.
• Develop and own go-to-market strategies covering segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch execution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, and Customer Success.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to improve product strategies and offerings.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, and success metrics.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and attract top-tier talent.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles.
• Successful experience launching new products or entering new markets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Data-driven, autonomous, ownership-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Relentless focus on execution and tangible business outcomes.
• Willingness to work in person at the New York City office 4–5 days per week.
