Forward Deployed Product Lead (AI)

Location: SF Office; SF or NYC preferred, with occasional travel to client sites

Salary: $185K–$245K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end deployment of AI-enabled care delivery workflows across a portfolio of health systems.
• Design, configure, test, and refine AI agents, prompt logic, workflow patterns, and reusable agent templates.
• Map clinical workflows and assemble end-to-end solutions spanning data inputs, AI agents, work queues, clinician interfaces, and reporting.
• Lead discovery, solution design, demos, pilot scoping, implementation, training, rollout planning, and adoption tracking.
• Identify product gaps, write product briefs, and partner with engineering and product teams to prioritize and ship improvements.
• Build trusted relationships with frontline clinical staff, managers, and executive leaders.

Requirements

• Strong ownership and accountability for real-world outcomes.
• Solid clinical foundation and ability to learn new clinical domains and workflows quickly.
• Comfort working directly with frontline clinical staff and senior executives.
• Product-builder mindset with strong analytical, structured, pragmatic, and clear communication skills.
• Interest in using LLMs to build durable operational workflows rather than demos.
• Software engineering experience is not required; experience configuring complex systems, building within platforms, or deploying operational workflows is relevant.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare operations, clinical workflows, or AI implementation.
• Experience designing scalable solutions across multiple customers or specialties.
