Business Analytics Consultant Senior (Technology Risk)

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Strongsville, OH; Phoenix, AZ; or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and support enterprise reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data sources integrating information from technology and risk management systems.
• Gather reporting requirements, design scalable analytics solutions, and lead solution discussions with stakeholders.
• Analyze technology risk, security, and resiliency data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Develop scorecards, KPIs, and metrics frameworks supporting strategic planning, regulatory expectations, and operational targets.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership while serving as a data subject matter expert for business and technology partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with business intelligence, data integration, performance metrics, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, consulting, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and data visualization or reporting solutions.
• Must work in-office at one of the listed hirify.global locations; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
