Sales Representative

Location: Vincennes, Indiana, United States

Salary: $75,000–$125,000 annually, plus an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans for assigned territories and accounts.
• Secure and maintain distribution of products and services, including pricing and sales agreement negotiation.
• Build, monitor, and revise lead-generation plans to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Retain and expand existing business by developing customer relationships and addressing account needs.
• Coordinate with the design department to improve existing packaging designs and develop new designs.
• Manage account records, credit applications, forecasts, budgets, and delinquent-account collections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record for the past three years to qualify for a company vehicle or vehicle reimbursement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to use independent judgment when negotiating sales agreements and handling difficult or sensitive accounts.

Nice to have

• Three years of experience in corrugated material or paper sales.
