Sales Executive (Cooperative Mail Marketing)

Location: Minneapolis, MN, USA; 1st shift. Travel may be necessary.

Salary: $50,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive program eligibility.

What you will do

• Build strategic partnerships and sales strategies with new and existing clients.
• Promote print products, services, and marketing solutions through a consultative sales process.
• Identify revenue opportunities and convert leads into long-term client partnerships.
• Manage and grow customer accounts through strategic account management and reliable solution implementation.
• Research, tailor, and teach commercial insights to clients while addressing their concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and sales forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role with consistent performance success.
• Experience using data and insights as a solution-selling tool.
• Ability to educate and influence stakeholders, resolve complex issues, and exercise independent judgment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and pursue new opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with aptitude to learn new systems.
