Logistics Supervisor (GMP Manufacturing)

Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States — on-site. Rotating 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on an alternating 2-2-3 schedule.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations across shipping, receiving, warehousing, raw material sampling, inventory control, and forward pick area functions.
• Develop, coach, and train Logistics Specialists while promoting safety, accountability, and disciplined execution.
• Ensure logistics activities comply with GMP requirements, quality systems, SOPs, and site procedures.
• Manage KPIs, monitor processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain audit and inspection readiness and represent Logistics during customer audits and regulatory inspections.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, material allocations, shipments, returns, and warehouse operations supporting manufacturing schedules.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, supply chain, or GMP-regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehousing, and material handling.
• Experience coaching, training, and managing employee performance.
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements, quality systems, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience using SAP or similar inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
