IT Associate II (Aerospace)

Location: Stennis Space Center, Mississippi, United States; onsite at the rocket launching facilities

Hiring range: $31.19–$46.79 USD per hour

What you will do

• Support daily service desk operations, ticket management, and technical support at the Stennis test site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, user experience, system, and connectivity issues.
• Deploy and maintain endpoint devices and infrastructure across the site.
• Support launch-system computational and network resources in collaboration with Systems Administrators, Systems Engineers, and IT teams.
• Develop and document scalable solutions that reduce repetitive service requests and streamline support workflows.
• Improve IT service delivery by applying desktop operating system expertise and networking knowledge.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, asset management, or a related technical role.
• Enterprise-level support experience with Linux, iOS, and Android.
• Network+ certification or an equivalent networking or IT certification.
• Hands-on experience configuring Cisco, Fortinet, or Arista network hardware.
• Experience with asset lifecycle management, asset tracking, and technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of ADUC, MDM, MDT, Office 365 Admin Console, and similar IT management platforms.

Nice to have

• Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Familiarity with ITIL or service desk incident and request management practices.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, aerospace, or specialized industrial environments.
• Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
