Project Manager (Solar Energy)

What you will do

• Manage multiple utility-scale solar projects from purchase order execution through commissioning.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, field services, customers, product delivery, installation readiness, and commissioning.
• Resolve complex project and quality issues through root-cause analysis, NCR, and Construction Deviation processes.
• Track project performance indicators, recommend process improvements, and provide customer and field feedback for product development.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, 3–6 years with a master’s degree, or 0–3 years with a PhD.
• Experience independently managing complex construction, renewable energy, EPC, mining, oil and gas, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with project financials, procurement, logistics, scheduling, and customer communications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Knowledge of utility-scale solar, PV tracking systems, or renewable energy is preferred.
