CW - Manufacturing Technician II - Weekend (T2)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; onsite cleanroom work. Weekend shift. No travel and no relocation eligibility.

Salary: $20.00–$27.50 per hour

What you will do

• Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Interpret work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and written or verbal instructions.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, repairs, and error correction.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies.
• Enter progress, expense, labor, and test data; complete documentation and perform repairs or software-related improvements.
• Audit received parts, inspect them for defects, detail finished work, and improve processes.

Requirements

• Analytical skills and the ability to apply scientific methods to routine manufacturing activities.
• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems using established procedures or scientific methods.
• Ability to communicate information and work effectively with other teams.
• Ability to work onsite in the Austin cleanroom environment and follow all safety and security procedures.
• No supervisory responsibilities are required.
