Manufacturing Technician, 10 pm to 6:30 am, Monday-Friday

Location: Bedford, Massachusetts, United States; onsite, third shift from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, Monday-Friday

Salary: $24–$27 per hour, based on experience

What you will do

• Assemble echucks and other coated products, including wet etch operations.
• Operate vacuum and other processing equipment, including fixture setup and de-fixturing.
• Inspect parts visually and with metrology tools according to quality procedures.
• Perform tool refreshes, basic equipment maintenance, and cleaning of fixtures and parts.
• Record completed work in SAP and inspection and production data in CamLine.
• Follow safety, PPE, cleanroom, 6S, production-priority, and shift-passdown procedures while supporting cross-training and process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience; machine operation experience is valuable.
• Ability to work the third shift and overtime, including weekends when needed.
• Fluent English required for training.
• Ability to work around chemicals including IPA, acetone, FeCl, and HCl, work in a cleanroom, lift 40 pounds, and stand for almost the entire shift.
• Computer skills and flexibility to train or cross-train in other departments; SAP and CamLine experience is beneficial.

• Machine operation experience.
• Ability to train on first or second shift for three months.
