Executive Project Assistant

Location: Bala Cynwyd (Philadelphia Area), Pennsylvania, United States; full-time onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Manage complex calendars for multiple senior leaders across time zones and coordinate with external counterparties.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, and contingency plans.
• Coordinate cross-desk initiatives from planning through completion, defining and tracking deadlines.
• Act as a point of contact between senior leadership and internal and external stakeholders, including trading desks, compliance, operations, and counterparties.

Requirements

• 5+ years of executive or administrative support experience.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder calendars and international travel logistics.
• Experience with critical thinking, travel planning, coordination, and project management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, self-direction, and sound judgment under pressure.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in the Bala Cynwyd office.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with financial markets, trading desk operations, or brokerage environments.
• Bachelor's degree.
