Inside Sales Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Beloit, Wisconsin, United States of America. Travel up to 10% domestically to service centers and customer sites. US citizenship and proof of citizenship are required for access or potential access to NOFORN data; applicants must attest that they do not have dual citizenship.

What you will do

• Review requests for quotes and prepare accurate customer quotations.
• Follow up on quotes to support order placement and forecasting.
• Manage customer inquiries about order fulfillment, delivery changes, and complaints.
• Conduct business reviews and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Review purchase orders for pricing, quality certificates, and compliance requirements.
• Support or manage the return materials authorization process for repairs and returns.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business administration, management, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of inside sales or customer account growth experience; manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal departments to fulfill customer needs and managing complex processes.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; advanced Excel is preferred.
• US citizenship and no dual citizenship are required for access to NOFORN information.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of diesel engines.
