Inside Sales Representative (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and other sales inquiries.
• Prepare and follow up on product quotes, provide pricing and delivery information, and convert inquiries into orders.
• Provide technical assistance and resolve customer service issues.
• Process sales, return, credit, debit, and scrap return orders.
• Review inventory and report concerns to purchasing and management.
• Monitor competitor products and pricing, support quality-related duties, and collaborate across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or comparable experience.
• Computer and CRM proficiency.
• Interpersonal skills for selling, negotiating, and closing business with customers.
• Experience with materials and manufacturing services.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, listening, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of inside sales or other sales experience.
• Knowledge of the products sold by the business unit.
