Technical Account Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of iGaming initiatives, including product releases, integrations, client onboarding, and market launches.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams against delivery plans and timelines.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers, and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, regulatory, operational, and certification requirements.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for clients, operators, and external partners.
• Coordinate market-readiness activities and maintain structured reporting on delivery status, risks, and achievements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in delivery, program management, or project management.
• Experience with end-to-end delivery in cross-functional environments and direct work with external clients or partners.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Client-facing confidence, excellent communication, collaborator-management, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and manage risks proactively.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery-tracking tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, gaming, or digital platforms.
• Experience working in regulated environments or under formal compliance guidelines.
