TL;DR
Delivery Coordinator (WordPress/Shopify): Coordinating website development projects, timelines, task assignments, and stakeholder communication with an accent on delivery visibility, follow-through, and process consistency. Location: Fully remote; preferred location is global, with the role listed in Lima, Peru. Working hours require 40 hours per week during standard US Mountain Time hours, with some flexibility.
Salary: USD 1,800–2,200 per month

What you will do
- Track project timelines, milestones, task completion, and delivery commitments.
- Maintain project boards using Asana and Kanban methodologies.
- Coordinate assignments, follow-ups, deliverables, and communication across clients, leadership, developers, designers, QA, and external partners.
- Keep project statuses, owners, priorities, and next steps accurate and identify blockers, dependencies, missing information, and delivery risks.
- Translate client requests into actionable tasks and help collect content, approvals, access, and other project inputs.
- Support WordPress and Shopify updates, QA, SOP documentation, process improvements, and workflow adherence.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting digital projects, websites, software, or agency environments.
- Strong experience with Asana, Kanban, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, ownership, and follow-through.
- Ability to identify blockers, dependencies, missing information, and project risks while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment during standard US Mountain Time hours.

- Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or basic software development concepts.
