Campaign Production Coordinator

Location: Manchester, England, United Kingdom; hybrid working with up to 40% from home

What you will do

• Support campaign delivery from briefing through completion across Client Services, Creative Studio, and Production.
• Translate client briefs into internal documentation and coordinate tasks, timelines, resources, and weekly studio planning meetings.
• Traffic briefs, assets, and deliverables through workflows using Storyteq and Monday.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, documentation, approvals, and reporting data.
• Track asset delivery, file formats, version control, and initial quality checks against the brief.
• Support PO tracking, invoicing administration, meeting coordination, note-taking, and escalation of risks or delays.

Requirements

• Some experience in production, project coordination, or administration; agency experience is beneficial.
• Understanding of creative and production processes is advantageous.
• Strong organisation, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Good written and verbal communication, collaborative behaviour, adaptability, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Manchester, United Kingdom.
