Project Manager (Marketing)

Location: Mexico, EOR; fully remote

What you will do

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and manage projects from initiation through closure.
• Coordinate communication between clients and creative, technical, account management, and other internal teams.
• Allocate resources and monitor project team performance.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues affecting delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and regular stakeholder updates.
• Review deliverables and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant project management experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
