Regional Sales Manager (Cybersecurity)

Global cybersecurity company developing an AI-native platform that protects organizations by detecting and stopping breaches across large-scale distributed systems.

What you will do

• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline to meet and exceed individual quotas.
• Develop new business and maintain relationships with enterprise customers up to executive level.
• Network across customer organizations and influence C-level decision makers.
• Present cybersecurity services and value propositions while acting as a trusted customer advisor.
• Create account development plans, engagement strategies, and targets for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate internal resources and lead virtual teams to progress, close, and forecast opportunities.

Requirements

• Successful experience in a similar role selling high-technology products to large organizations.
• Experience selling technically complex solutions in a quota-driven environment.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple levels of an account, including C-level stakeholders.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, value-proposition, and influencing skills.
• Native Croatian and business-level English fluency required.
