Senior Manager, Business Systems (Salesforce)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States

Salary: CA$177,800–CA$254,000 plus equity in Canada; US$128,100–US$183,000 plus equity in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead, hire, develop, and prioritize the work of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Own the Salesforce roadmap across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and adjacent RevOps tools.
• Guide architecture and code quality across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow automation, platform security, and data governance.
• Own Salesforce DevOps and release management, including Gearset, source control, testing, CI/CD, deployment governance, and production change management.
• Manage Agentforce, Slackbot, AI skills, and other AI-driven Salesforce workflows while evaluating new automation opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Security, and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions and resolve complex production issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments, together with people management experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, billing systems, RevOps, quote-to-cash processes, and Salesforce DevOps or CI/CD practices.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies, ideally supporting globally distributed GTM organizations.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role; candidates must be eligible to work in Canada or the United States.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II or Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, MuleSoft, data warehousing, analytics, or AI-driven workflows.
• Experience supporting global sales organizations.
