What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led virtual and in-person training on AI, Agentic AI, Generative AI, foundational machine learning, and AI for engineering, development, and data roles.
• Run customized corporate workshops, hands-on bootcamps, hackathons, and upskilling sessions for enterprise and university audiences.
• Design and maintain training modules, labs, notebooks, assessments, and practical project scenarios.
• Translate complex technical concepts into learner-friendly materials and continuously update content with current tools and best practices.
• Support presales by scoping client training needs, contributing to proposals and learning journeys, and providing technical thought leadership.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and academic partners on curriculum alignment and Train-the-Trainer initiatives.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or data-related fields.
• 4–6 years of experience as a corporate trainer, instructor, or technical educator, with a track record of delivering technical training to enterprise or university audiences.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience building AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, large language models, prompt engineering, Generative AI workflows, and Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, GenAI toolsets, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform and the ability to build and demonstrate hands-on labs, notebooks, and real-world examples.

Nice to have

• Experience developing structured enterprise learning journeys or training paths.
• AI/ML, cloud AI services, or instructional design certifications.
• Authorized instructor status for a cloud services provider.
• Experience participating in RFPs for learning programs.
