Legal Contracts Manager

What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage client contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs, consultancy agreements, service agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Provide practical contractual advice and support procurement, operational, finance, and commercial stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks, including contractual obligations, liabilities, disputes, and claims.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial instruction through execution, renewal, and termination.
• Maintain contract templates, standard terms, precedents, governance processes, approvals, key dates, and compliance records.
• Improve contract management processes, develop guidance, deliver training, and produce contract-related reports.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in contract management, commercial legal support, or a similar legal contracts role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract principles, risk management, and commercial agreements.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while building effective relationships across the organisation.
• Experience in an in-house legal team, professional services environment, or commercially focused organisation is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting international contractual arrangements.
• Experience liaising with external legal counsel on specialist matters.
