Salary: £150,000–£165,000 per annum

What you will do

• Provide strategic legal advice across complex commercial projects that support business growth and revenue.
• Negotiate and advise on high-value commercial agreements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks.

• Work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to international matters.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
• Strong commercial legal experience, ideally gained in-house.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded approach with the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice.
• Real estate sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
