Senior Solutions Partner (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States

Base salary: $119,000–$136,500 annualized; average on-target earnings including commissions: approximately $170,000–$195,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead discovery with HR, Talent, Learning, IT, Data, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and executive stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end workforce transformation solutions across hirify.global products, professional services, partner technologies, and customer environments.
• Translate customer needs into solution strategies, executive narratives, quantified business cases, and measurable outcomes.
• Define technical architectures, integrations, data and identity approaches, implementation dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, operating models, service designs, and value realization strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and technical experts to deliver scalable solutions and playbooks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solution consulting, solution architecture, workforce transformation, or enterprise technology consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders and leading complex business and solution discussions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise HR, talent, learning, workforce development, leadership, or people transformation initiatives.
• Ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes and value realization.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR technology, talent technology, learning technology, workforce analytics, skills intelligence, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, APIs, integrations, identity management, data exchange models, and platform interoperability.
• Familiarity with skills data models, talent intelligence platforms, AI-enabled workflows, and agent-to-agent integration concepts.
• Experience developing executive business cases, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and value realization strategies.
