Associate Solutions Architect (SaaS)

Location: Remote

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus a 15% variable annual bonus and potential RSU grant.

What you will do

• Support Account Executives as a pre-sales technical resource for SMB opportunities.
• Discover and document prospect technical and product requirements.
• Develop solution and integration documentation.
• Deliver structured product demonstrations tailored to SMB use cases.
• Answer standard technical and implementation questions and escalate complex requirements.
• Position prospects for successful onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a tech-focused role within a SaaS or digital marketing company.
• Foundational understanding of APIs, JavaScript, and marketing technology platforms.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead structured client-facing technical conversations within a defined scope.

Nice to have

• Experience in a pre-sales or client-facing technical role.
• Familiarity with the affiliate or digital marketing industry.
