What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end engagement strategies for Cat Foresight, Cat Inspect, and other condition monitoring products.
• Identify adoption barriers, design targeted interventions, and coordinate regional teams around engagement plans.
• Analyze product usage, engagement trends, and dealer feedback to improve adoption and retention.
• Create targeted messaging, campaigns, customer journeys, and omnichannel marketing activations.
• Build relationships with dealers, regional teams, product partners, marketing, and field organizations.
• Capture best practices and success stories to scale product engagement across the dealer network.

Requirements

• Knowledge of effectiveness measurement, products and services, relationship management, influencing, and effective communication.
• Experience promoting or driving engagement with digital products.
• Experience working with field teams or dealers.
• Technical marketing experience with campaign building, customer journeys, and omnichannel approaches.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Experience with condition monitoring, fleet management, or predictive maintenance software.
