Electro-Mech Tech

Location: Onsite in Carrollton, Texas, United States. Relocation is not available. Monday–Friday schedule, 5×8 shift.

Salary: $20.95–$29.34 per hour.

What you will do

• Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical equipment with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components down to individual part failures.
• Test and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to support equipment reliability and performance.
• Maintain accurate equipment performance and maintenance records.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to subordinate personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related technical, maintenance, manufacturing, or electro-mechanical experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment using established procedures.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication, teamwork, and independent judgment.

Nice to have

• Technical training or coursework in electronics, industrial maintenance, electro-mechanical technology, or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
