Associate Business Controller (MedTech)

Location: Atlanta, United States; 4 days in the office and 1 day working remotely

What you will do

• Coordinate annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly planning across the Americas.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and reconcile financial plans, forecasts, actual results, headcount data, and expenses.
• Maintain planning models, reporting tools, data structures, calendars, templates, and process documentation.
• Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analyses, financial schedules, and business performance reviews.
• Partner with FP&A stakeholders on business cases, scenario modeling, ad hoc analysis, and decision support.
• Improve and automate recurring FP&A and financial reporting processes while maintaining controls and audit trails.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business controlling, or a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and experience with large datasets and financial models.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems, planning tools, reporting platforms, or business intelligence solutions.
• Ability to work from the Atlanta office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Qlik, Power Query, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience identifying financial drivers, data inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities.
