Planning and Procurement Supervisor (Supply Chain)

Location: Montréal, Quebec, Canada; 100% onsite at the Montréal Nord manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Own the site supply planning process, including demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.
• Provide supply capacity visibility and local supply objectives for the Sales and Operations Planning process.
• Run short-term planning and Sales & Operations Execution processes.
• Coordinate customer order execution with business functions and supply units.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance customer service and working capital efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to support smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or related supply chain functions.
• Fluency in English and French, both verbal and written, is required.
• Strong skills in supply chain planning tools, demand forecasting methodologies, and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and inventory optimization principles.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or an equivalent field.

Nice to have

• Experience with electrical products or industrial manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with the SAP Torque platform.
• CSCP or APICS certification.
