What you will do

• Manage supplier information and pricing data in SAP and hirify.global procurement tools.
• Maintain the electronic archive of contractual documents.
• Launch and follow up on recurring supplier inputs and process urgent customer requests.
• Audit and track Data Management Group requests to support accurate procurement operations.
• Coordinate with strategic buyers and the data management group at hirify.global Helicopters.
• Identify and resolve procurement data discrepancies while contributing to process digitalization and data integrity.

Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in a procurement environment.
• Experience with administrative tasks and knowledge of export control and sustainability laws and regulations.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Ability to adapt to SAP, E-Proc, Airsupply, and Google Suite.
• Strong customer focus, communication, influencing, problem-solving, integrity, and teamwork skills.
• Comfort with remote working and responsibility for compliant supplier selection processes.

• French and/or German language skills.
