SAP SD Consultant (SAP ECC)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with 2 days per week on-site

What you will do

• Configure and support SAP ECC SD solutions across implementation and production support projects.
• Manage SAP SD processes covering sales orders, pricing, delivery and shipping, billing, invoicing, returns, credit and debit processes, and output, partner, and text determination.
• Analyze business requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders and translate them into functional SAP SD solutions.
• Write functional specifications and collaborate with development teams on enhancements and custom solutions.
• Perform functional and integration testing, support business teams during UAT, and troubleshoot production issues through root-cause analysis.
• Support changes, releases, and production deployments following Agile/Scrum practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD, including implementation and/or production support projects.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring SAP ECC SD and a good understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience with functional specifications, development collaboration, integration testing, UAT, production troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Fluent English at C1 level.
• Must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
• Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon with 2 days per week on-site.
