TL;DR
Senior Workday Financial Consultant (Workday Financials/ERP): Designing and improving Workday Financials solutions, implementations, e-invoicing flows, and enterprise integrations with an accent on finance processes, configuration, and data validation. Focus on translating business requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshooting integrations with SQL and database queries, and supporting testing, go-live, and post-implementation operations.
Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do
- Gather and translate business requirements into Workday Financials solutions with Finance and business stakeholders.
- Support Workday Financials implementation and evolution projects from solution design and testing through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Configure and continuously improve Workday Financials in line with business needs and best practices.
- Support e-invoicing processes, invoice data flows, validation, and related integrations.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot Workday integrations and interfaces with enterprise systems.
- Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution while collaborating with technical teams, business analysts, project managers, and external partners.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience with ERP solutions, preferably in implementation, migration, or evolution projects.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Financials in implementation, configuration, integration, or continuous improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and financial ERP solutions.
- Experience with e-invoicing processes, solutions, and integrations.
- Solid SQL and database skills, including querying, analysis, and validation.
- Fluent Portuguese and English are required.

- Knowledge of APIs, web services, file-based integrations, or middleware.
