Lead Platform Engineer (Power Platform / D365)

Location: Based in the Lisbon office with a hybrid/flexible working system; travel to the UK York office is required.

hirify.global is hiring for its Platform team to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions supporting business transformation.

What you will do

• Architect, develop, and deploy tailored Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications and integrations.
• Lead a team of 4–8 developers through hands-on guidance, line management, coaching, and technical mentoring.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and operational support.
• Define platform strategy, roadmap, reusable architecture patterns, governance standards, and technical decision records.
• Own release management, environment strategy, deployment readiness, rollback planning, and DevOps automation for build and release pipelines.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans while communicating cost, time, risk, and maintainability trade-offs.

Requirements

• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and influencing engineers or technical teams.
• Hands-on development experience with ownership across the full software development lifecycle.
• Broad practical technical experience beyond certifications, including governance, security, compliance, and supportability.
• Ability to work from the Lisbon office under a hybrid/flexible arrangement and travel to the York office.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET development.
• Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Solution Architect certification.
