Dual-write Specialist in the EU (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Remote, hybrid, or office-based work in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, or The Netherlands

Salary: EUR 4,100–6,600 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Audit Dual-write configurations across development, UAT, and production environments.
• Review environment links, connection sets, table mappings, synchronization health, and error handling.
• Identify risks, anti-patterns, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend target architecture and operating models for F&O and Dataverse integrations.
• Design deployment and release processes, and implement configuration improvements and remediation actions.
• Establish monitoring, support, and recovery procedures while producing architecture documentation and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dataverse, and Dual-write.
• Experience designing and maintaining F&O–Dataverse integrations, including data mapping, synchronization, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 environment management, ALM, security models, service accounts, and app registrations.
• Experience with architecture reviews, technical assessments, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Dynamics 365 CE data model, Power Platform governance, and custom Dataverse applications.
• Experience with ISV solutions, custom table mappings, Flex Property, Azure integrations, and identity management.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Consulting, architecture, or advisory experience.
