D365 Developer (Power Platform)

hirify.global is expanding its Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities to improve business agility and operational efficiency across global business units.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Model Driven solutions.
• Translate business requirements into pragmatic technical specifications and deliverables.
• Collaborate with solution architects, technical leads, internal teams, business stakeholders, and Microsoft partners.
• Apply ALM, DevOps pipeline, reusable component, environment, scalability, monitoring, and support practices.
• Extend Dataverse and the Common Data Model while addressing security, access controls, and non-functional requirements.
• Contribute to governance, knowledge sharing, mentoring, standards, training content, and community of practice activities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience defining, designing, developing, testing, and deploying D365 and Power Platform applications.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio use cases.
• Understanding of Azure cloud technology and the Azure security model.
• Experience with stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of platform governance, DLP policies, access controls, security standards, and application lifecycle management.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning and team skill development.

Nice to have

• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft certifications, such as Power Platform Functional Specialist Associate, App Maker Associate, or Solution Architect Expert.
• Experience extending Power Platform with C#, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
