Warehouse Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Surrey, British Columbia, Canada; 100% in-office presence required

Salary: CAD $72,000–$96,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise daily warehouse, metal, and bus fabrication activities across multiple locations.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, replenishment, shipping, and material transfers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, material tracking, and organized warehouse space.
• Support production schedules by ensuring timely material availability.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve operational issues.
• Enforce workplace safety standards, conduct inspections, and oversee forklift and equipment usage.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience and 4 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience managing inventory, shipping, receiving, and material flow.
• Leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
