Salary: $81,370–$122,060 per year

What you will do

• Process requisitions and support purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, cost and price analysis, and contract or purchase order generation.
• Analyze procurement data, develop charts and presentations, and present findings to leadership.
• Support cost reduction, supply assurance, price management, and supplier issue resolution initiatives.
• Develop improvement plans for response time, quality, cost, logistics, development, and management targets.
• Support customer proposals with pricing information and supplier selection.
• Maintain procurement records, shipment and invoice information, and contribute to strategic sourcing projects.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Knowledge of data-driven decision-making, data collection, KPI selection, and business analytics.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to use or describe relevant software applications and techniques.
• Effective written and oral communication, including reports and presentations.
• Basic knowledge of procurement cycles, purchasing processes, procurement systems, and purchase order workflows.
• Understanding of logistics management, domestic logistics, delivery forecasting, shipment records, and invoice tracking.
