Project Manager: Product Development

Location: Waterloo, Wisconsin, United States. Full-time onsite role with international and domestic U.S. travel 1–2 times per year and evening calls 1–2 nights per week.

What you will do

• Manage multiple product development projects from scope definition through launch, delivering milestones on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project, portfolio, strategic, and contingency plans for assigned product categories.
• Coordinate product management, forecasting, supply chain, suppliers, engineering, assembly factories, designers, and other cross-functional teams globally.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate project updates and milestones, and escalate critical issues to management.
• Set launch dates, prioritize projects against seasonal and strategic timelines, and support portfolio planning.
• Document process deviations and apply lessons learned to improve product development processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience with project, resource, and portfolio planning, prioritization, and time management.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to travel internationally and within the United States 1–2 times per year.
• Availability for evening calls 1–2 nights per week.
• Experience with Workfront, Microsoft Teams, and Agile methodologies is preferred.

Nice to have

• MCPM or PMP certification.
