Location: Hybrid role based in the Dallas office, United States

Salary: $79,800–$105,400 annually

What you will do

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for professional consultants, prioritizing quality of hire.
• Attract passive and active candidates by building relationships and communicating hirify.global’s mission.
• Develop sourcing strategies, competitive intelligence, and pipelines with local and national partners.
• Attend campus recruiting events, career fairs, college interviews, and presentations.
• Use recruiting tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, search engines, advanced sourcing techniques, and social media.
• Advise local executives, analyze recruiting data, solve problems, and adapt to changing business demands.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience recruiting technical talent.
• Experience in agency recruiting or recruiting for a professional services firm in the local market.
• Demonstrated ability to build a quality technical talent pipeline through independent sourcing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, curiosity, creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
