Sr Workday Reporting Analyst (Workday)

Location: Billerica, MA or Alpharetta, GA, United States; hybrid schedule with remote work on Monday and Friday and office work Tuesday through Thursday

Salary: $91,750–$129,600 annually, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and optimize custom, advanced, matrix, composite, dashboard, and self-service Workday reports.
• Create and maintain calculated fields, prompts, filters, business objects, report definitions, dashboards, and hubs.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Digital, process owners, and other stakeholders to translate business questions into accurate reporting solutions.
• Advise on Workday reporting strategy, data lake integration, security, data governance, privacy, and audit requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues, perform root-cause analysis, support testing and UAT, and improve reporting logic, usability, and performance.
• Support Workday releases, maintain reporting governance and documentation, and provide training and end-user support.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience creating and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of Workday report types, calculated fields, prompts, filters, business objects, data sources, custom dashboards, and security.
• Experience translating business requirements into maintainable reporting solutions and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data validation, Excel, and large-dataset skills.
• Experience handling confidential HR data, Workday security roles, compliance reporting, data governance, and SOX/audit controls.
• Must be located at the Billerica, MA or Alpharetta, GA Cabot location and participate in the hybrid working arrangement.

Nice to have

• Workday Reporting Pro or Partner certification.
• Experience with discovery boards, worksheets, BIRT reporting, Power BI, or AI in Workday.
• Experience in Workday Learning, Recruiting, HCM, or Compensation.
• Experience in a multinational organization, manufacturing, or FMCG.
