Finance Analyst (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support monthly billing through reviews, validations, and root-cause investigations across billing and upstream systems.
• Manage delinquent debt and contribute to improving the debt collection process.
• Analyze system setups and data, validate system changes, and document audit evidence.
• Identify and resolve billing and transaction issues with Sales Operations, CIT, Data, business stakeholders, and clients.
• Review and improve processes and documentation, designing optimal end-state processes.
• Leverage AI to optimize processes and support ad-hoc revenue operations analysis and projects.

Requirements

• Progressive operational experience in a complex environment, preferably within a large multinational publicly traded organization.
• Strong understanding of billing, pricing, revenue operations, or related finance processes.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, BPR, BPM, or business analysis.
• Strong data analysis, testing, validation, quality assurance, or user acceptance testing experience.
• Strong systems aptitude, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query, and reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
