What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead high-value and strategically important sourcing initiatives, supplier selections, negotiations, and contract development.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, performance improvement programs, supply disruptions, and commercial escalations.
• Oversee procurement governance, policies, controls, SAP, Coupa, reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
• Drive sustainable cost savings, cost avoidance, working capital improvements, and total cost of ownership management.
• Lead, coach, and develop procurement managers, category managers, and sourcing professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related business experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers, professionals, or cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading direct and indirect procurement categories and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong financial acumen, including total cost of ownership analysis, ROI evaluation, and value realization.
• Experience with SAP, Coupa, procurement analytics, supplier management, and influencing decisions in a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• CPSM, CSCP, or another relevant professional certification.
