PageWide Industrial Strategic Sourcing Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Corvallis, Oregon, United States of America. Full-time onsite role with approximately 25% travel.

Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Define and lead governance models for contract manufacturers and critical suppliers, including performance expectations, review cadence, escalations, and improvement priorities.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and long-term improvement plans covering cost, quality, delivery, inventory, capacity, responsiveness, compliance, and business continuity.
• Develop sourcing, supplier-management, commercial governance, scorecard, corrective-action, and risk-mitigation standards.
• Lead negotiation strategies for complex or high-risk supplier engagements and advise on commercial trade-offs, approvals, and walk-away positions.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Program Management, Sourcing, and Legal stakeholders.
• Mentor supplier and commodity leaders while developing reusable tools, playbooks, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Typically 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement, supply chain, contract manufacturing, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex supplier strategies, contract manufacturing governance, negotiations, commercial decisions, and senior stakeholder influence.
• Strong understanding of contract manufacturing models, supplier relationship management, commercial agreements, and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, influence, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, printing, or technology industries.
• Experience leading global suppliers and multinational sourcing projects.
• CPSM, CPM, CSCP, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with supplier performance systems, procurement analytics, and business process automation.
