Director, Procurement (Retail)

What you will do

• Lead procurement strategy and execution for fixtures, print, packaging, warehouse operations, services, security, and energy management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing plans with store growth, service, savings, quality, sustainability, and compliance objectives.
• Identify sourcing opportunities, negotiate with strategic suppliers, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Build relationships with key vendors, manage supplier performance, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery, quality, reliability, and contractual compliance.
• Develop procurement processes, procedures, performance reporting, and technology optimization initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of two to three associates and oversee an outsourced print managed service provider.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of leadership or management experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a related function.
• Strong financial, analytical, market intelligence, spend analysis, and cost modeling skills.
• Demonstrated project management, negotiation, contract management, problem-solving, and execution abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, design, technology, business administration, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
