Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Vallejo, Mexico City, Mexico; must be legally able to work in Mexico without restrictions

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance personnel and ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, spare parts, tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment.
• Maintain machinery, facilities, utility and energy systems, and other maintenance-related assets.
• Administer the EAM system, maintain accurate data, and track department KPIs and performance metrics.
• Maintain automation and control system backups, enforce Lockout/Tagout requirements, and support safety, quality, and continuous improvement objectives.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial maintenance systems, along with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Experience with EAM or CMMS, Microsoft Office, Quality Management Systems, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Legal authorization to work in Mexico without restrictions is required. English proficiency is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in metalworking, industrial manufacturing, wire and cable, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
