Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead the plant maintenance organization and ensure the safe, efficient operation of manufacturing equipment, molds, tooling, and supporting assets.
• Implement TPM, asset reliability, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Manage maintenance planning, shutdowns, resource allocation, work orders, backlog prioritization, scheduling, and CMMS governance.
• Lead troubleshooting, failure analysis, RCA/FRACAS investigations, corrective actions, and equipment reliability improvements.
• Oversee spare parts, MRO inventory, critical spares, obsolescence planning, contractor performance, and supplier relationships.
• Lead and develop approximately 40 maintenance professionals while improving MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, downtime, and maintenance costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, electromechanical, maintenance engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance and at least 3 years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams, reliability programs, or maintenance planning functions.
• Hands-on experience with TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance, asset management, CMMS administration, work order management, and maintenance planning.
• Knowledge of RCM, FMEA, RCA, FRACAS, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as MRO inventory management.
• Knowledge of machine safety systems, LOTO programs, legal inspections, permits, and industrial safety standards.
• Technical English proficiency for working with manuals, suppliers, troubleshooting documentation, and global stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with presses, Bihler equipment, molding, welding, painting, assembly operations, molds, or tooling.
• Experience with Power BI, AI tools, or Power Apps for maintenance digitalization and modernization.
