Quality Supervisor (Electrification)

Location: Onsite in Juarez, Nuevo León, Mexico; full-shift supervision with willingness to rotate shifts when necessary

What you will do

• Allocate resources and optimize capacity to meet inspection-rate targets in the testing area.
• Execute production testing plans and ensure equipment quality and on-time delivery targets.
• Identify testing-process deficiencies and oversee continuous-improvement actions.
• Recommend improvements to technical equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate the resolution of critical product and equipment issues with quality and internal teams.
• Lead, motivate, and develop direct and indirect staff while ensuring compliance with quality and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; an engineering background is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in similar quality or supervision positions.
• Experience or knowledge of electrification and electrical-component processes is advantageous.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a group of 20+ blue-collar employees.
• Ability to analyze assembly-process issues using RCA, A3, DMAIC, and 8D methodologies.
• Basic English proficiency and availability for full-shift supervision, including rotating shifts when necessary.
