Senior Branch Banker (Banking)

Location: OH - Springboro, United States; in-office position

Base salary: $52,000–$81,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend financial products and solutions that improve financial wellbeing.
• Lead outbound calling, appointment setting, lobby engagement, teller interactions, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty and share of wallet through personalized banking experiences and community partnerships.
• Resolve customer problems, manage risk, and ensure accurate completion of daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; military service and relevant certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and customer-needs analysis skills.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
